SISTER JANICE IVERSON

Sister Janice Iverson feels she received God's calling as a young child, even before her school years.  She joined the Benedictine community of sisters at Mother of God Monastery to serve God and has made a lifetime commitment to do just that.  She chose the Benedictine order because she felt that the Benedictines lived an ordinary life and she feels comfortable to be who she is.  During her years as a Sister, she most enjoyed going to school.  Currently she is the Procurator (business manager) here at the monastery and in her spare time she enjoys giving driving lessons to our older sisters on the golf cart.
